| | 0 | 0 | | |  Shinôreijutsuin (Spiritual Arts Academy): sometimes called the Shinigami Academy. This is the academy founded by Genryûsai Shigekuni Yamamoto some 2,000 years ago. It was once called the Shinigami Academy. It changed to spiritual Arts Academy when it developed into an institute for the next generation of the Kidô Corps and the Onmitsukidô as well as the Shinigami of the Gotei 13. In Rukongai, it is still referred to as Shinigami Academy. The academy, which is located in Seireitei, trains future Shinigami for each of the three military arms of Soul Society is not under the jurisdiction of the Central 46 Chambers.

When released, it takes the form of a huge and magnificent Phoenix-like entity.The Sōkyoku is said to have power of 1 million Zanpakutōs and has the defensive ability to block zanpakutō of equal power, and it can evaporate the soul of the one being executed by it.

Nayleth  | |  The Gotei 13 is the organization which most Shinigami join, and one of the three main branches of military in Soul Society. It is split into thirteen divisions (hence the name), with several divisions having certain specializations. The Gotei 13 is subservient to the edicts of the Central 46 Chambers. They also have no jurisdiction over any of the noble families. The symbol of the Gotei 13 is a rhombus, all the 13 Divisions symbols are placed within the rhombus on the back of the Captains haori. The Kidō Corps, not officially considered as part of the Gotei 13, is still under the authority of the Central 46, and works together with Soul Society, it is why it is actually here, but officially, both Kidō Corps and Onmitsukidō are not part of the Gotei 13.

Nayleth | |  When a Shinigami becomes a potential danger to other Shinigami and Soul Society itself, then that Shinigami is brought to the Maggot's Nest for imprisonment, even if that Shinigami was not put on trial; this is to ensure that no danger will be brought to Soul Society. Most prisoners are not held inside a cell (since they cannot set foot outside the prison), with the exception the Maggot's Nest's most infamous former resident: Mayuri Kurotsuchi, considered at the time an exceptionally dangerous person. Treatment for the prisoners is mostly lenient; they can walk freely and converse with one another, but the bleak setting drives many close to madness.

|  Las Noches is a massive fortress which can be seen for miles in Hueco Mundo. It consists of a main building with a domed center surrounded by several large towers and smaller buildings. Atop the dome are six smaller towers (or as they appear), which seem to contain areas such as the Espada meeting hall. Also, there is one large Middle-Eastern rug on the ground that is facing outside, much like those in rooms used for Islamic prayer. Like everything else in Hueco Mundo, the main building is colored white.
| 0 | 0 | | |  The landscape of Hueco Mundo is a seemingly never-ending white desert, with dunes like those of the Sahara. The desert is littered with what appear to be boulders and shriveled trees, but these are actually a form of quartz. In Hueco Mundo, the moon is on the opposite lunar phase of that in the Human world. Like in Soul Society, the atmosphere is filled with Reiryoku in the form of Reishi, but it is more concentrated, thus allowing smaller Hollows to gain nourishment despite the lack of Human souls.

Gillian- and Adjuchas-class Menos dwell here, along with possibly Vasto Lorde-class Menos. The forest is filled with large trees made of a silvery quartz substance. These trees extend to the surface and dot the landscape of the desert in Hueco Mundo.

It resembles the real world on the surface, and the everyday humans in Karakura are unaware of the ghosts and spiritual forces with which the plot concerns itself. Karakura Town is referred to as District 3600 by the Shinigami and is situated on the current "juureichi" - the point in the Human World that possess the greatest concentration of spiritual beings.

Xion Shion | |  Karakura General Hospital is the main medical facility in Karakura Town. the General Hospital is equipped to handle much more serious cases and larger incidents. The current director of the hospital is Ryûken Ishida. Ryûken has an office in the hospital, with a large window, curtains, a desk and bookcases stocked full to capacity with large books. Ryûken has constructed a secret training area in the hospital. It is unknown when it was built, or where exactly it is inside the hospital, but grass can be seen just outside its windows, suggesting that it is at ground level. The training area has multiple levels, and these windows are on the upper levels, meaning that much of the room must be underground, forming the basement of the hospital. There are no furnishings or objects visible in the chamber.
